At RealTime, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Returns
Items can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be in the original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or product type.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
